Shipping Areas
We ship orders by courier to all provinces and territories in Canada. Due to current uncertainties with taxes and duties we are unfortunately unable to deliver orders to the USA.
For customers elsewhere in the world please email hello@cthepeople.com or phone 604-336-BIKE (2354) for an order to be shipped for a flat fee of $75.00 for Standard Shipping. We are a new company and look forward to regularly shipping orders worldwide within our checkout system soon.

1. Returns Eligibility
A. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to make a no-questions-asked return.
B. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unscented, never worn, never laundered, all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also require the receipt or other proof-of-purchase.
C. If the item was damaged during shipping, kindly take a photo of the order and packaging and email it to hello@cthepeople.com or include a printout of the photo with your return. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to improve our packaging.
D. If you received the order in less-than-perfect condition, please notify us right away. We will email you a pre-paid return label (or if more convenient for you we will reimburse your shipping costs).
